After several hours of budget discussion and follow-ups on the feral hog pilot and replacement funds, council members agreed they had not changed positions enough to adopt the budget on the spot and directed staff to prepare detailed cut scenarios and service-impact analyses. Staff said another workshop is needed before the September 15 adoption deadline.
