An audit of the draft articles against the posted meeting minutes flagged a small number of issues: inconsistent or erroneous text in the transcript (for example, a stray triple dash in a vote record and an apparent signature/date transcription error). No substantive factual contradictions with the minutes were found; all motions, votes, dollar amounts and appointments recorded in the minutes were preserved.
