Keith Wangerin briefed the board on EMS items: an Education Incentive Grant Program for current EMT class participants, a plan to attend EMS at the Capital on Feb. 4, 2026, and sending Paul Connett to a NAEMS Instructor course June 12–14, 2026. Ifland signed the Memorandum of Agreement related to the education incentive. Wangerin also raised delinquent accounts receivable but said he did not have the specific amount with him.
