Commissioners discuss demolition, RWE wind project, courthouse HVAC and staffing in special session

In a special session at 1:29 p.m., Commissioner Jim Gwennap said demolition at the county's old hospital site will begin in February. Gwennap also reported he had made contact with RWE and that the company's wind project is moving forward in Smith County.
