The commissioners convened multiple executive sessions during the Jan. 5 meeting to discuss non-elected personnel and employee performance. The shop session earlier in the morning moved into a 20-minute executive session at 7:39 a.m., and later the board held additional brief sessions at 11:00 a.m., 11:12 a.m. and 11:45 a.m.; each session included named attendees and ended with no action taken in open session.
