Representatives from Smith County Memorial Hospital told the commissioners that the hospital's fiscal audit for the April 1–March 30 fiscal year showed compliance with cost‑report based critical access hospital reimbursement. Sarah Ragsdale presented the audit and told the board the report showed compliance; the minutes record the hospital as having completed required corrections after an inspector's review.
