Jerol DeBoer of Penco Engineering joined the Jan. 26 meeting to discuss the right‑of‑way acquisition for the M Rd project. After the presentation, Commissioner Jim Gwennap moved and Commissioner Brady Peterson seconded a 10‑minute executive session at 9:33 a.m. to discuss land acquisition; the board reconvened at 9:44 a.m. and the minutes state no action was taken during the executive session.
