Assistant Road & Bridge Supervisor Owen Wagner reported to the board that he has spoken with Penco Engineering about changes to increase load capacity on a bridge on 230 Rd and described the bridge that was closed on 140 Rd between Y Rd and Z Rd. Wagner said he was contacted that morning about placing a "road closed" sign at Hwy 281 and 140 Rd and that he will install it.
