The Planning Commission approved an administrative variance on Aug. 27 that reduces the required front-yard setback for Lots 16 and 17 at the Oakleaf/Main Street infill project from 20 feet to 13 feet 6 inches and increases Lot 16 lot coverage to 36.5% (File PL26-0369).
