Administrator Zack Thorington told the council the Unified Certification Program for Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) is required every three years for the airport in coordination with the FAA. Councilman Steven Lensegrav moved to approve participation and Councilman Tim Sapp seconded; the council voted unanimously to authorize and sign necessary documents.
