Geneva, the board's administrator, told commissioners that the documents for a three-year recurring single-day temporary alcoholic beverage license and an extension of licensed premise area had been finalized and were ready for signatures. "Both documents were finalized," she said, asking if members had questions or additions before staff obtained signatures.
