The commission approved a variance for Parcel 004139 (applicant Greg Barnier) after the Planning Commission recommended approval and the Hermosa Town Board reviewed the proposal. Commissioner Mark Hartman moved to approve; Michael Busskohl seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
