Commission approves Golden West ROW and hears bridge inspection updates
Commissioners approved a right-of-way occupancy for buried fiber to serve Carroll Creek Road and received a bridge inspection update noting seven bridges inspected and a 10-year documented need to replace the Buffalo Gap bridge; a BIG grant application will be prepared in January.

The commission granted Golden West Telecommunications a right-of-way occupancy permit for a buried fiber optic facility to serve 26212 Carroll Creek Road after a request from Highway Superintendent Jesse Doyle. The motion was moved by Commissioner Mark Hartman, seconded by Michael Busskohl and carried unanimously.
