After the Wetlands Institute item the Committee reviewed several routine land‑use applications. Jake Mericle presented item 26‑013 (Michael Mortimer, Cape May — lot line adjustment to increase lot areas and add shared access parking), item 26‑014 (Madison Avenue subdivision to create two single‑family lots in Cape May), S26‑009 (Lawrence McKnight — proposed new 16‑unit multi‑family building with 50 parking spaces on Ocean Avenue in Wildwood, not on a County road) and 26‑017 (723 Dennisville Road LLC subdivision to create one new lot).
