Planning staff updated the council on the land development code modernization project, explaining the work will amend chapters governing permitted uses, setbacks, building heights, parking and subdivision standards. The project is organized in three phases; staff said the process is in Phase 1 (code diagnostics) and that the consultant's diagnostic report is about 60 pages and will be finalized after public input.
