On March 24 the Fillmore County Board unanimously approved a professional services contract with Short Elliott Hendrickson (SEH) to develop options and probable costs for expanding the county Resource Recovery Center. The contract fee is $22,800.00 and was approved on a motion by Commissioner Hindt, seconded by Commissioner Prestby.
