The River Heights Planning Commission reviewed multiple proposed code changes Aug. 11 and voted to forward them to the City Council while excluding section 10-13-9 for additional work. Commissioner Anna Lisa Davidson moved to "pass the Code Changes as discussed, minus 10-13-9, to the City Council." Commissioner Morgan McKeown seconded; the motion carried with Cooley, Davidson, McKeown, and Ryan in favor and Wakefield absent.
