Phoenix-Talent SD 4 staff announced the district's back-to-school schedule for the 2026–27 year, saying elementary orientation days are set for Thursday, Sept. 3, with new 6th- and 9th-grade orientation on Sept. 8 and all students scheduled to return on Sept. 9. "All of our elementaries are gonna be having, orientation days, and those are all gonna be on, Thursday, September 3," the Moderator said.
