A facilities representative briefed the committee on outstanding warranty items at Baldwin Elementary and described ongoing work to address HVAC programming and courtyard drainage. The representative said the design intentionally made windows operable but that access is controlled by the lead custodian via keyed handles; facilities staff said they would follow up with an email and additional communications before school opens.
