Residents press council to keep Ridge Road closed to new Timber Ridge development
Neighbors told Xenia council they oppose the city's staff-modified PUD plan for Timber Ridge — which would extend Ridge Road into new homes — and urged council to consider the developer's revised plan that avoids a full connection. City staff warned a no-connection plan would conflict with code and raise fire-safety and utility concerns.
