Operations report: pump replacement, pool repairs, weed spraying and beaver controls underway

The Operations Manager reported on several maintenance issues and completed repairs. The clubhouse pump required full replacement (the motor had previously been replaced), a $3,134.45 expense charged to Capital Reserves. PoolDoctorRX identified and repaired a failed gasket in a filter multi-valve that was allowing water loss; that repair cost $220.41. Staff also reset the South Meadow Pool autofill and added the item to daily inspections.
