Council directs staff to draft short-term lease for temporary concrete batch plant
The Council authorized staff to prepare a lease for approximately 6,500 sq ft of Town property near the archery range to host a temporary concrete batch plant through Oct. 31, 2026; conditions include cleanup and possible equipment storage through spring pending an RFP; motion passed 5-0.

The Brian Head Town Council voted unanimously on Aug. 11 to direct staff to prepare a lease allowing developer John Stark to locate a temporary concrete batch plant on Town-owned property near the archery range. Council Member Martin Tidwell moved to direct staff to prepare the lease; Council Member Logan Cruz seconded and the motion carried 5-0.
