The Town Council unanimously adopted Ordinance 2025-05 on Dec. 9, 2025, revising personnel rules on vacation accrual and leave. Councilor Sam Maxson moved for approval and Councilor Rick Lafferty seconded; the ordinance passed in a roll-call vote with absent members noted.
