The Altamont City Council adopted two ordinances on Aug. 13, 2026: Ordinance 670, the Standard Traffic Ordinance, and Ordinance 671, the Uniform Public Offense Code. Both measures were moved, seconded and approved by roll call, with councilmembers Wiford, Sykes, Booth, Julich and Sellers recorded as voting 'Yes.'
