With a newly seated council, Place 1 (David Richardson) nominated Place 3 (Rob Green) to serve as mayor pro-tem; Rob Green accepted the nomination. The council voted to approve the appointment by motion, seconded by Place 4 (Dan Long), and the motion passed by those present.
