The Planning Commission and supervisors approved the Jones/Shaw/Benzinger subdivision plan as it pertains to Jefferson Township contingent on a notation preventing future subdivision of the Benzinger 81.43-acre parcel without meeting code (§22-802.D(2)(c), §22-902.3, §22-903.8); PC chair Rosenbauer voted ‘nay’ and Jim Jones abstained due to a relative on the application.

The township's Planning Commission reviewed the Jones/Shaw/Benzinger subdivision plan and voted to approve it as it pertains to Jefferson Township, subject to a notation on the plan stating the Benzingers' 81.43-acre property cannot be subdivided or developed in the future without addressing the requirements of Chapter 22 §§22-802.D(2)(c), 22-902.3 and 22-903.8.
