Senator Morris brought the conference committee report on SB 479 to the floor and described it as addressing technical issues: "It simply provides the procedures for an impeachment process that is lacking in the constitution it doesn't supplant the constitution which it cannot do but it just gives us some procedural outlooks and they corrected all the technical issues with it."
