Near the end of the floor sequence, a motion was made to enter executive session for the purpose of considering confirmations and notaries. The clerk (S2) announced the motion, stating Representative (Senator) Klein Peter moved to go into executive session; the transcript records an objection from the floor. The presiding officer (S1) then asked staff and guests to leave the chamber so the body could proceed into executive session.
