The Pinal County Flood Control District Board of Directors convened at 2:18 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 26, 2026, in the Board of Supervisors Hearing Room at the Pinal County Administrative Complex in Florence. Chairman Jeffrey McClure called the meeting to order; Vice-Chairman Jeff Serdy and Directors Rich Vitiello and Mike Goodman attended in person, and Director Stephen Q. Miller participated telephonically. County staff listed as present included County Manager Leo Lew and Chief Civil Deputy County Attorney Christine Roberts.
