Council schedules second reading on annual code codification ordinance

The St. Marys City Council introduced Ordinance 20 26 15, an annual update to incorporate changes in the Revised Code into the city’s codified ordinances, including traffic offenses, general offenses and portions of the fire code. The Chair said this is an annual process to keep the city code consistent with actions by the general assembly and that the ordinance will return for a second reading at the next meeting.
