County Counselor Paul Dean informed the board that the Elk County Sanitary Code had been updated and requested an executive session earlier in the meeting. Later in the agenda, Commissioner Perry Russell moved and Chairman Doug Hendricks seconded a motion to approve the revised Sanitary Code; the motion carried 2-0.
