The Planning Commission unanimously approved VAR-26-0016, which allows an accessory structure to be placed in front of the primary structure for a 1-acre Medium-Density Residential (R-2) parcel at 271 Sherard Ln in Woodbine (Tax Parcel 105 010A). Vice Chairman Morris moved to approve and Commissioner Manning seconded; the motion carried unanimously.
