The Camden County Planning Commission unanimously approved VAR-26-0015, allowing a front yard setback reduction to 20 feet (from the 30-foot A-R requirement) for a 4.66-acre parcel at 191 Cavader Harrell Rd in White Oak (Tax Parcel 016 012B). Vice Chairman Morris moved to approve and Chairman Rainer seconded; the minutes record the motion carried unanimously.
