The Paradise Township Board of Supervisors reviewed a variance application for 300 Grouse Run and made preparatory decisions ahead of the Zoning Hearing Board session. Solicitor Prevoznik told the Board the request "will be heard by the Zoning Hearing Board on April 28, 2026, at 6:00 p.m." Peter Gonze called the work session to order at 5:00 p.m. and the item was discussed during the session.
