Chief Sheriff Tipsword told the committee the Menssen Trust Agreement for the animal control building has been signed and is on file with the county clerk. He said the septic contractor located dirt and will start hauling it to the site, the Health Department septic permit was expected this week, the foundation should begin around June 16, and the building is scheduled to be delivered July 6.
