Planning and zoning updates at the Feb. 10 meeting included two permits issued during the reporting period: permit #2408 for a shed at 284 Hill St., fee $38.40, and permit #2409 for solar at 37 E. New St., fee $268.50, reported by Chairperson Lenny Heisey. The board recorded these permits as part of routine planning/zoning business.
