County Manager Thomas Weaver told the commission during the Sept. 3 meeting that an audit of trash accounts identified 76 accounts with an extra trash can that were not being billed. "We found seventy-six that have an extra can," Weaver said, and county staff will call account holders to determine whether the extra cans represent returned equipment not collected after tenancy changes or billing errors.
