The Jacoby Creek School District Board of Trustees voted unanimously Oct. 13 to adopt Resolution No. 3 (2025–2026) to opt into the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act (CUPCCAA). The resolution authorizes the district to use CUPCCAA procedures for certain public construction procurement and cost accounting.
