The Somerville City Council voted on Nov. 12 to solicit requests for proposals (RFPs) for administrative services and requests for qualifications (RFQs) for engineering services to manage and implement the Texas General Land Office (GLO) Disaster Recovery Redistribution Program (DRRP). Alderman Jeff Schoppe made the motion, Alderman Delfino Orozco seconded, and the motion carried 5-0.
