The Sullivan County Commissioners recessed their July 28 meeting at 10:01 a.m. to conduct a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) FFY 2026 project review and reconvened at 10:04 a.m., when they approved the project review and finalization as presented. Commissioner Brian Hoffman moved for approval and Commissioner Darlene Fenton seconded; the motion passed unanimously.
