During general public comment Dolly Lewis of District 3 urged the board to deny the proposed Hidden Grove general-plan amendment. Lewis criticized the plan for relying on many exceptions and mitigations, questioned why denser development would be shoehorned onto a 1.5‑acre residential parcel in Cedar Ridge, and said an adequate analysis of alternate locations was not provided at the planning commission hearing.
