The Jones County Board of Supervisors on Aug. 18 voted to approve the preliminary subdivision plat for Edson Addition, a one‑lot subdivision located in Lot 3 of Brown Addition in Section 34 (Township 85 North, Range 4 West). The approval follows a recommendation from the Jones County Planning and Zoning Commission.
