Charlie Krebs, the District Engineer, told the Board that 'the application was sent to the Village of Estero' and that checks were issued by Bowman, Inc. He said draft bid-document language has been provided to District Counsel and the District Manager and, once counsel approves, the District Manager will prepare a public advertisement seeking sealed bids and set a submission deadline.
