A commissioner moved to accept the low bid from Langston Concrete Company for the Custer County sidewalk project; the low bid was recorded at $167,619. Commissioners said the award is contingent on CDOT concurrence after the county submits a concurrence package, and staff estimated construction could start shortly after Labor Day if CDOT approves within a week.
