The Seward County Board of Commissioners on Aug. 25 adopted Resolution No. 3947 to continue a temporary moratorium on commercial renewable energy projects for six months or until new zoning regulations are adopted, applying to solar systems ≥500 kW AC, wind systems serving off‑site customers, and similar commercial systems.
