Sinking Spring schedules April public hearing on intermunicipal liquor-license transfer

Borough Solicitor Charles Haws told council the borough received an application from new owners of three parcels sold by Mr. Sickafus that references the former bank building at 3730 Penn Avenue and that council must hold a public hearing to consider a liquor-license transfer. Haws said the address was used because it is the parcel with a street address and advised council that it is within council's discretion to accept another license into the borough. Council agreed to hold the public hearing during the April 10, 2025 council meeting.
