Councilor Andreas Hassold moved, and council approved, an amendment to the borough’s National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit to extend the copper limit to Dec. 1, 2028, as set out in the application. President Mayberry declared the motion passed following a roll call.
