Town Attorney Lyndsey Ryan reviewed the updated draft of a joint‑use agreement between the Town of Trappe and Talbot County for Home Run Baker Park. Ryan said the county removed the portion that would have required the town to handle all maintenance and operation; the agreement requires both jurisdictions to ensure the park is open to the public and nondiscriminatory in access.
