Committee recommends conditional approval for 33 Ridge Avenue final lot add‑on plan

The Development Activities Committee reviewed Planning Commission recommendations for the Final Lot Add‑on Plan at 33 Ridge Avenue and will recommend that Borough Council conditionally approve a waiver/modification of Subdivision Plan submission and review sections (281‑14, 281‑15, 281‑16, and 281‑17) on the basis that the plan is being reviewed and approved by Ephrata Township. The recommendation is conditioned on the applicant addressing comments in HRG's April 29, 2026 letter and Lancaster County Planning's April 7, 2026 letter. This item will appear on the consent agenda at the June 8 Council meeting.
