At the May 7, 2025 meeting the Millcreek Township Planning & Zoning Commission reviewed an update from Todd Shoaf of Graybill Engineering on the proposed Trigon subdivision at 12 S Fort Zellers Rd. Shoaf told the commission that truck‑trip calculations had been completed assuming a manufacturing use for the proposed building but that no final use has been established, and he recommended recalculating those trips once a use is defined.
